Compiling information and tracking client progress towards their health goals

Entering patient information patient database.

Runs statistics every month to rate patient satisfaction.

Evaluates the Medical Nutrition Therapy needs of patients and implements appropriate interventions to improve their nutritional status.

Advice all patients to eat food in accordance with their diagnosis and health status to maintain or improve nutritional status.

Experience in bariatric cases preferable.
