**Looking for Microfocus OO Automation, NNMi, OMi Consultant/Solution Designer**:

- 7-10 year of IT experience
- 5-7 year of experience in design and implementation, Support of Microfocus OO, NNMi, OMi
- Recent experience in senior development lead role.
- At least 2 full cycle Microfocus projects
- Functional & Technical Design Ownership
- Review/Approval of all designs
- Review and validate the SOPs for the use cases from technical feasibility stand point
- Guidance/Tracking of Implementation
- Participate in Strategic planning/roadmap decisions/new initiatives
- Ensure the Technical deliveries happen on time
- Configure/Customize Microfocus OO
- Develop Workflows and Custom Activities in Microfocus OO
- During critical phases, handle key deliveries and provide extra management support
- Provide technical/functional inputs based on practical experience, help team on technical thoughts with clarity
- Preferred being trained/certified on Microfocus OO
- All BAU activities for OO, NNMi, Omi.
