**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles, ensuring all students are engaged and challenged.
- Develop social, emotional, and cognitive skills through play-based and inquiry-based learning approaches.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters children’s curiosity and love for learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians through meetings and reports.
- Collaborate with other staff members and participate in school activities, events, and staff meetings.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students.
- Maintain high expectations for student behavior and academic achievement.
- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance learning experiences.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in FS2/Reception or Early Years.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- Culturally aware with a commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
- Experience working in an international school setting is preferred but not required.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
