**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the quality management function, overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, quality control, and quality improvement initiatives in sheet metal fabrication operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Define quality policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across all functional areas.
- Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance standards and performance metrics to measure, monitor, and improve product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction in sheet metal fabrication processes.**:

- **Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, process efficiency, and operational effectiveness. Utilize quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Total Quality Management (TQM) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions.**:

- **Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications, including Attex/IECEx standards for products used in explosive atmospheres. Keep abreast of changes in quality regulations and standards and implement necessary updates to maintain compliance.
- Work closely with customers to understand their quality requirements, address quality-related issues, and foster strong customer relationships. Implement customer feedback mechanisms and drive customer satisfaction initiatives to exceed customer expectations.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
