With the combination of 456 meticulously designed rooms, each offering unparalleled comfort and style, guests will be immersed in a world of grandeur. Your role will be included but not limited to:
- Supervise and guide a team of engineers in executing technical tasks and projects
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Coordinate with various departments to address cross-functional technical concerns and contribute to the overall success of the organization
- Oversee and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within specifications
- Implement and enforce safety protocols for the engineering team
- Stay informed about industry advancements and emerging technologies to improve engineering processes continuously
Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within an engineering department
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
