- Overseeing non-medical operations in the ZVC and the pet hotel.
- Ensure positive work environment to allow the ZVC achieve its goals
- Report to the Ceo and the Medical Manager weekly and monthly.
- Keep communicating with the municipality and MOCCAE to be updated with any new legislations, regulations and license documents.
- Work with Human resources including Hiring and training operation staff.
- Ensure that daily operations run smoothly in the clinic and up to standard.
- Implement Financial reports as the daily revenue and PNL and its analysis.
- Achieve the strategies that guide the center to achieve its mission and vision
- Ordering the Nonmedical supplies and Manage the ZVC inventory.
- Manage the pet shop corner including the pet food and accessories including ordering, stocking and selling.
- Initiates promotions, marketing and sales plans.
- Promotes internal marketing programs to increase clients visitation rate
- Maintain effective advertising on appropriate venues
- Ensure that all the software data and all the paper work are achieved smoothly.
- Manage the Public relation, the marketing and sales work.
- Maintains the ZVC philosophy for attracting new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Resolves financial problems with clients.
- Promotes client-centered environment
- facilitate programs and processes that meet client needs
- Develops and updates the employee handbook, job descriptions, employee personal files
- Resolves staff issues and help in staff continuous education.
- ensure that the ZVC team provides quality care while generating adequate revenues to remain profitable.
- Client service and relation, including client communication, education, interaction, grief protocol, patient and staff comfort.
- Community involvement animal welfare societies.
- They may also need to handle animals on occasion if sufficient staff is not available to assist the veterinarians.
- Manage the front desk, reception, groomers, cleaners, accountant, marketing, sales employee, pets hotel reception and the dogs trainers and carry out periodic auditing on their job
- Work on minimizing the cost and raising up the revenue**.**
- Cooperate and support the medical manager in all the veterinary work**.**
- Perform other duties as assigned by management**.**
- **Required qualifications**:_

1. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in veterinary clinic procedures and regulations through any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

2. Experience working in a high volume spay/neuter clinic and at least two years in a supervisory and/or management position preferred.

3. Must possess strong organizational, customer service, oral and written communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment with other medical professionals.

4. Able to meet background check requirements.

5. Well-organized.

6. Efficient in paperwork and software of the ZVC.

7. Good communication skills and public relations skills.

8. Has the ability to learn and develop self-wise.
