As the Sales Team Lead for Paints, Coatings, and Varnishes, your pivotal role involves establishing a robust market presence for a prominent paint manufacturing company in the UAE. This position demands seasoned expertise in building distribution networks, formulating effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performance team. Your responsibilities include developing a comprehensive warehousing strategy, accelerating sales through an existing customer base, conducting product portfolio analysis, and strategically positioning the brand against competitors in the UAE market. Fluency in English is a must, spoken Arabic will be an advantage. Requires having his/her own **valid UAE Residency visa** and available to join immediately.

**Detailed Job Responsibilities**:
**Market Strategy and Development**:

- Develop and execute a holistic sales and distribution strategy tailored to the UAE market.
- Identify key customer segments, distribution channels, and growth opportunities.

**Distribution Network Building**:

- Establish a robust distribution network by recruiting distributors, dealers, and partners.
- Define territory coverage and logistics for efficient distribution.

**Sales Team Leadership**:

- Build, lead, motivate, and guide the sales team, setting clear sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to achieve objectives.

**Customer Base Utilization**:

- Leverage existing customer relationships and networks to fast-track sales and distribution.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.

**Warehousing Strategy**:

- Develop a warehousing strategy, including positioning, management, and optimization.
- Ensure efficient stock management, on-time deliveries, and cost-effectiveness.

**Product Portfolio Analysis**:

- Analyze the company's product portfolio and identify gaps, unique selling points, and areas for product differentiation.
- Compare products to existing brands and products in the UAE market.

**Brand Positioning**:

- Develop a brand positioning strategy to effectively compete with existing competitors.
- Create marketing campaigns and messaging that resonate with target customers.

**Budget and Forecasting**:

- Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts, considering warehousing and logistics expenses.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective sales operations.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Generate regular reports for senior management.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in leading sales teams within the paints, coatings, or related industry.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Extensive background in building and expanding distribution networks in the UAE.
- Proficiency in distribution channel management.
- In-depth understanding of the paints, coatings, and varnishes industry in the UAE.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and market awareness.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

**Experience Required**
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales and distribution leadership roles within the paints, coatings, or varnishes industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing distribution networks in the UAE market.
- Proven ability to analyze product portfolios and position brands effectively against competitors.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
