**Metal/ Powder Coating Industry Manager (Metal Coating Industry, Steel & Aluminium Fabrication)**

**Profile**: A Industry Manager oversees painting and powder coating operations. Energetic, & pleasant, approach potential customers confidently with the aim of winning new business.

**Expertise in**:
**1.SDF Powder Coating**

**2.PVDF / Kynar Coating**

**3. Aluminium Galvanizing (Optional)**

**4.Electro Plating for Steel / Stainless Steel (SS)**

**5.Normal Coating**

**Experience**:Min 7-10 Years UAE experience**,

B2B & B2C Industry preferred (when other than competition).

**Focus**: Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face, Relationship building, researching the market and related products.

**(A coating manager oversees painting/ Sales and Powder Coating Operations)**

As a coating manager, your responsibilities include planning and scheduling work, staffing and budgeting jobs, as well as directing process development, quality assurance, and cost control measures.

Other duties include assessing employee performance, conducting routine maintenance of equipment, and ensuring workplace safety.

Coating managers work in a variety of industries, including infrastructure, painting, and production, and jobs include powder coating manager, paint coating manager, top coating manager, and industrial coating manager.

Typical qualifications for the career include at least a high school diploma or GED certificate and several years of experience as a coater.

Helpful skills include excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as strong leadership ability and attention to detail.

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

Meeting planned sales goals.

Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

The ongoing training of your salespeople.
