Snooker Gaming Centre Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Snooker Gaming Centre Supervisor. As the supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of our snooker gaming centre. Your primary role will be to oversee the daily operations, maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for customers, and ensure efficient management of the facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Open and close the snooker gaming centre according to the specified operating hours.
- Supervise and monitor all activities within the centre, ensuring adherence to the rules and regulations.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, greeting and assisting customers as needed.
- Track and record all transactions, including payments for snooker table usage, equipment rentals, and any additional services provided.
- Ensure that cash handling procedures are followed accurately and securely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the gaming centre, including the snooker tables, cue racks, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the equipment, reporting any damages or malfunctions to the management.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement and enforce safety protocols.
- Train and supervise junior staff members, ensuring they adhere to operational guidelines and provide excellent customer service

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
