You will be responsible for the preparation of various type of noodles and ensuring they are made to restaurant quality and taste standards.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to noodle preparation, noodle cooking, dish assembly, stock management etc.
Pre-requisites for the Role:
- Proven experience as a noodle maker
- Knowledge of various noodle type and their cooking techniques
- Experience and familiarity with Asian cuisine especially noodle dishes
- Basic understanding of food safety
- Ability to work under fast paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent Communication skills
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
