**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**:

- Meet with prospective buyers, sellers, and tenants to understand their real estate needs.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties, including pricing and market conditions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering personalized advice and recommendations.

**Sales and Leasing**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and lease agreements.
- Negotiate property deals and ensure clients receive the best possible terms.

**Market Expertise**:

- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new developments in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to determine the best price for listings.
- Offer clients strategic insights and data to guide their decision-making process.

**Property Listings and Marketing**:

- Create and manage property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions and images.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote properties through online platforms, social media, and traditional methods.
- Utilize digital marketing tools to attract potential buyers or tenants.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Manage paperwork and documentation required for real estate transactions, including contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies during all transactions.
- Update and maintain the client database and CRM with accurate client and property information.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and local regulations.
- A professional demeanor with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.**

- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
