Front Office Receptionist

A receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience. This role requires a blend of excellent front-desk management skills, a polished and professional appearance, and the ability to actively engage in promoting our company on social media platforms.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain proper record of visitors list.
- Maintain a clean and organized office area, reception area and cubicles. Make sure the rooms are vacuumed every day.
- Manage companies social media handles.
- Provide administration support to other staff.
- Help staff in creating social media contents during spare time.
- Monitor visitor access and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Arrange welcome drinks for the guests.
**SKILLS & ABILITIES**:
- Active presence on social media platforms with a creative flair for content creation.
- Professional demeanor and appearance, with an ability to represent the company positively.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is beneficial.
- Bachelors degree
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
- Languages: Malayalam, Hindi & Arabic (Optional but beneficial )
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
