As an Account Manager specializing in Finance and Accounting, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our clients in the financial sector. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee their accounting needs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial health. This role demands a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the finance and accounting sector.
- Understand clients' financial goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Financial Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze clients' financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Interpret financial data to provide clients with actionable recommendations for improving financial performance and achieving their objectives.

**Compliance and Regulation**:

- Stay abreast of relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
- Ensure clients' financial activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during audits and regulatory inspections.

**Strategic Planning and Advisory**:

- Collaborate with clients to develop strategic financial plans aligned with their objectives.
- Offer expert financial advice and guidance to help clients make informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in clients' financial operations.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams, including finance, accounting, and sales, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to address complex client issues and deliver integrated solutions.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a related role within the finance industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to accuracy and precision in financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, QuickBooks, ZOHO and ERP systems.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
