- Proven experience as a Butcher or similar role in a Catering or business with volume requirements - Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and their best uses - Excellent knife skills and ability to use meat processing equipment - Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Good communication and customer service skills
