**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers to expand Skilling's market presence. Develop and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with IBs, ensuring effective communication and support.
- Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive business development and increase the number of IB partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams within the financial markets.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of IB relationships and develop strategies for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the management team regarding IB performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to provide IBs with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively promote the company’s products and services.
- Ensure that all IB activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- Educated to Bachelor's degree level or the equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Clear understanding of Digital Marketing Proven experience in Introducing Broker management or business development working at CFD Brokers having a strong IB-focus (min. 3 years).
- Strong technical understanding of CFD trading and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
