We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Incharge to join our team and play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations. Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations: -Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with safety standards. -Implement and maintain best practices for inventory management, stock rotation, and order fulfillment. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize overall warehouse efficiency. -Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures. Task Assignment: -Effectively delegate tasks to warehouse staff based on workload, priorities, and individual strengths. -Provide clear instructions and guidelines to warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks. -Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability among warehouse staff. (WMS) System Control: -Proficiently manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels, shipments, and order processing. -Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the WMS, ensuring continuous system functionality. -Implement upgrades and improvements to the WMS as needed to enhance overall warehouse efficiency. Qualifications: -Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management. -Proven experience in task assignment and team management. -Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the ability to effectively utilize and troubleshoot system-related issues. -Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. -Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions under pressure. -Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy in all warehouse operations. Education: -Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.
