**The Role**
- Responsible for selling LucidPay.io's _LucidHospitality_, a platform solution for the hotel industry enabling properties to automate processes, enhance guest experience and increase overall productivity.
- Support the sales team with strategic account planning, market research, pre-sales preparations, trend analysis and pipeline generation.
- Work independently on smaller accounts/opportunities and be able to pitch the solution portfolio effectively.
- Help the sales team grow existing accounts by identifying up
- and cross-sales potential.
- Support all marketing related activities to drive sales.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, from visioning, prospecting to closure and account management.
- Individual contributor role with KPIs ranging from attaining sales quotas and other quarterly goals set by direct manager.

**What we need to see from you**
- Bachelor degree or above to be an advantage, preferably in Hospitality, Business Management, IT or related fields
- 1+ years in hospitality or IT solution sales
- Good understanding of core hotel operations. Any experience in Information Technology will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and develop seniority in his/her sales and managerial skills
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Arabic and other languages preferred.
- Able to work flexibly with regards to activities and hours in a role that will involve national (and potentially international) travels
- Eligible to work in the country applied to without sponsored visa

**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
