- Executing the fire safety compliance inspections of operational facilities at Abu Dhabi Airports.Assisting the LineManager with development, implementation and maintenance of fire safety & prevention documentation for thecompanywideFireSafety&PreventionProgram,incompliancewithUAEFireCoderequirements.Focusoftheroleisacrossprojectssitesandtheirinteractionwithliveoperationspaces.LeadteammemberforthecoordinationwithFacilityMaintenanceonfiresafetycodecompliance.

- AssisttheLineManagerwithFireProjectdocumentationcontrol,development,coordinationwithinternalandexternalstakeholders,toimplementandmaintenancearobustdocumentframeworkfor theprogram- Assistlinemanagerwithallfinancial,procurement,securitypass,mattersrelatingtothesection.- Supportlinemanagementwiththedevelopmentofpromotionalmaterial,raisingawarenessacrossthebusiness for theFireSafety &PreventionProgram.- SupportlinemanagerwithFireCodecoordinationanddocumentdevelopmentwithFacilityMaintenanceforpreventativemaintenanceprograms.- Maintainthedocumentation/databaseandcoordinationoftheFMrelatedcommunicationsandinformation.(PTW, HTP,NOI)- ProvidetrainingrelatedtothepreventionpieceinthePPIframework
- Conducttheprevenioninspectionintheairportfacilityandreporttothelinemanager(followtheOGSMtargets)- Schedulingandcoordinationonanannualbasisforinspectionsattheairport.
- Schedulingandcoordinationonanannualbasisforevacuationdrillsattheairport.
