Louis Safety is a major service provider of Firefighting and Rescue safety equipment within the Marine Industry, Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We have over 21 years of experience in the marine field and we have completed successfully several hundred inspections. Louis Safety is a comprehensive full-service solutions provider specializing in Marine Safety Inspections and Fire and safety.

We are looking for a highly experienced Business development executive to join our dynamic team

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Your main objectives are to be responsible for building new clients and growing assigned territories' sales revenue.
- Work closely with our Technical, Channel Partner, and Sales team to formulate selling strategies and campaigns to improve business.
- Accountable for achieving and overachieving your sales target to contribute to the sales team performance of your assigned region.
- You will have a deep understanding of our product, and service portfolio and how it complements solving customers' key challenges and improves their current sales revenues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
- High-level communication and networking skills.
- A passion for sales.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Good project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
