Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, a preopening hotel, is looking for an active** In-Room Dining Supervisor** to join their extraordinary team Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park will include 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

**Your day to day**
- Participating in the preparation, set up and service of the food and bar service areas, you’ll ensure a high level of efficiency whilst maintaining and improving standards and quality of service.
- You’ll also all check duty management, review and monitor cash floats, ensure equipment maintenance, and ensure all F&B areas are always kept presentable and tidy, to ensure the best F&B experience for all of our customers all of the time.
- You’ll be committed to delivering fantastic customer service, but will also be a competent leader with strong communication skills that mean you can interact with all levels of colleagues and guests.
- With a flexible approach, and able to quickly adapt to change, you’ll have worked in this environment before and have a real eye for detail. Ideally you’ll have leadership experience in an F&B environment and the proven ability to go the extra mile for our customers.
- As an In-Room Dining Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring staff are working together as a team to ensure optimum service and the guest requests are attended to standard, in a timely manner.
- Making sure the team members are properly trained in all the tasks.
- You will also be responsible to ensure the necessary supplies and tools are available at all times, cleaning of all equipment is to standard and the areas are hygienic and clean.
- Maintaining the inventories and the stock as per the requirements.
- Monitoring mini bar in the rooms regularly.
- In addition, you will support and encourage all of your fellow F&B service colleagues to be responsible for service and operational processes.

**What we need from you**
- Pre-opening experience is ideal and preferable
- Ideally, the incumbent should have 2 years of experience in a similar role (specifically IRD) from a 4 or 5 star property. You should be a team player and able to communicate in English fluently, other languages is a plus.
- One should hold a presentable personality.
