Provide administrative support to the YL by maintaining all paper and electronic files, researching files and records, preparing and proofreading correspondence and other documents as requested.
- Preparing and proofreading reports originating from the YL.
- Assist Grade 11 students by determining who can best provide information needed by the student, providing basic and initial assistance to students with questions about curriculum and school services whilst using established guidelines (policies and procedures)
- Input all academic data into SIMS.
- Input and follow through pastoral data in particular attendance, punctuality, exit notes and behaviour
- Collate and file shared tracking documents to reflect current status of Grade 11 students
- Schedule regular student YL meetings.
- Maintain an up to date portfolio for each student that includes accurate academic assessment data, pastoral data (attendance, punctuality, exit notes and behaviour) IEPs, interviews/meetings, targets and outcomes, parental meetings and feedback from departments.
- Follow up on student targets to ensure target/s are achieved and maintained.
- Analyse each student, class and year group assessment data.
- Minute all meetings with students and parents meeting.
- Communicate with Heads of Departments for follow-up on student progress or information
- Ensure that all calls from parents/school are answered on the school provided mobile from 7:00am to 3:50pm, that all concerns are dealt with promptly.
- Preparation of student certificates for student Celebrations of Achievement events.
- Welcome students, note any concerns and follow up on action taken and updates from other departments.
- Call parents of absent students and note reasons for non-attendance. Record and track student attendance and prepare student attendance reports for the Administrative Manager and SIMS/provided link by 10:00am every day
- Support the YL in all administrative arrangements to ensure the following (as an additional layer of monitoring to make sure nothing falls through the net):

- that all coursework is submitted on time and fully conforms with the

guidance sent by examination boards;
- that students are provided with the appropriate careers information,

advice and guidance (CIAG) to support them in making informed

choices;

detailed schemes of learning and syllabus requirements.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
