Dubai, United Arab Emirates Versatile Consultancy Full time

**Location**: Head office in Barsha Heights, Dubai; job may include travel to GCC and North Africa

**Timings**: 9:30am - 6:30pm on regular days but not a clock-watcher

**Days**: Monday - Friday usually, except for campaign & event-exhibition periods

**Salary**: AED 18k - 22k (negotiable as per experience); annual leave; annual ticket; health insurance; percentage on profit of new business brought in

**Age group**: 30 - 40

**Experience**: 5 - 8 years in the UAE in both physical (retail; events & exhibitions) and digital (webinars, content; campaigns, thought leadership)

**Gender**: irrelevant; correct attitude, experience & skill set vital

**Essential qualities**:
professional; focused; enthusiastic; quick learner; able to lead multinational teams; manage and grow clients across industries, all of them global brands. Comfortable with technology; proficient in presentations; confident in crisis management & problem solving.

**Responsibilities for this position include**:

- Able to manage employee and external vendor service delivery, across virtual teams and multiple global geographies to improve their performance through observing, assessing and sharing information about performance expectations.
- Change agent to positively impact the operational effectiveness and client experience.
- Set and reinforce consistent standards and ensure effective, consistent & quick client communications.
- Accountable for governance, supervision & operational risk management.
- Responsible for overall operational risk for the GTR Region - coach Field Operations team to take appropriate action to close gaps identified.
- Change management leader - accept and successfully executes change while supporting employees through proactive communication, issue resolution, and effective decision-making.
- As a trusted advisor to the unit's leadership team and other functions, provides essential business operational support acting as a sounding board for business issues, adding value to leadership discussions, operational discussions.
- Facilitates and maintains the AOP process for the unit, including definition of strategy, objectives, detailed plans and KPIs and coordinating with different functions in the unit
- Leads the execution of various special projects/ task forces/ business improvement initiatives as requested by senior management.

MUST have qualifications:

- 5-8 years of Experience working with MNC companies or with agencies servicing MNC companies
- Knowledge and experience of complete Microsoft Office like word, excel and powerpoint.
- Should have the experience blend between of digital and physical.
- Presentable personality, should be able to handle activations, branding and digital content creations.
- Great communications skills

**Salary**: AED18,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
