Job Responsibilities

1.Provide assistance to the patient and other people contacting the clinic by telephone. May provide direct assistance, or take messages and direct calls to the appropriate party

2.Provide assistance to the patient about the appointment schedule, cancellation and reschedule.

3. Identify patients’ and other customers’ needs and provide them with the required information

4.Transfer telephone calls to concerned departments and individuals.

5.Receive messages from callers and relay them to appropriate recipients.

6.Make sure that irate callers are dealt with in a polite manner.

7. Maintain open communication with other clinic staff.

8. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Qualification
- Technical Diploma or High school graduate would be an ideal fit
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Arabic
- Customer service experience will be an added advantage
