**About the Job**
We are looking for a passionate and strategic **Customer Experience (CX) Expert** to lead and enhance customer journeys. In this role, you will develop innovative strategies to ensure customers have seamless, engaging, and positive experiences across all touchpoints. Join us to create meaningful interactions that drive loyalty and satisfaction.
As a **Customer Experience (CX) Expert**, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional customer journeys and aligning them with business goals. You will leverage data insights, customer feedback, and cutting-edge tools to identify pain points, implement improvements, and deliver seamless experiences. Collaborating across departments, you will ensure a unified, customer-first approach while driving retention, loyalty, and satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Map out customer journeys, identify pain points, and implement improvements across all touchpoints.
- Analyse customer feedback and data to derive actionable insights for enhancing experiences.
- Develop omnichannel strategies ensuring consistent and connected customer interactions.
- Implement personalization techniques using segmentation and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, IT) to integrate customer experience strategies across departments.
- Manage and track customer-centric KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, and CLV to evaluate performance.
- Design and oversee loyalty programs, rewards systems, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure UX principles are applied to digital interfaces, creating user-friendly platforms.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new CX strategies and tools.
**Skills**
**Essential Skills**:
- Expertise in customer journey mapping and pain point identification.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with CX management platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of omnichannel strategies and personalization techniques.
- Strong understanding of CX metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and CES.
- Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Empathy and emotional intelligence for authentic customer connections.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Experience with CRM tools like Freshsales and Zoho.
- Knowledge of UX design tools (Figma, InVision) and A/B testing platforms.
- Familiarity with social media listening tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Storytelling skills for impactful communication of customer insights.
- Innovation and creativity for developing unique CX strategies.
Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
