- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Responsibilities**
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Overview of the primary responsibilities, including leading and supervising the sales team, developing sales strategies, and setting sales targets.
- Managing key client accounts and building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinating with the marketing department to identify and pursue new sales opportunities and to enhance the institute's market presence.
- Reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
