Job Title: Telemarketing Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists or cold calling.
- Introduce and promote our products or services to prospects, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs, answer their questions, and overcome objections.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products or services to customers.
- Use persuasive techniques to convince prospects to purchase or take a desired action.
- Maintain a database of customer information, call logs, and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing the company over the phone.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional sales or customer service training is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Telemarketing Operator, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally and persistently.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and call center systems.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office productivity tools.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai International City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:
