1. Preparing the requirements of the strategic plan, represented by its objectives and initiatives, and linking them to key performance indicators.
2. Providing the necessary support in preparing the requirements of the annual operational plans for the organizational units and developing them according to the framework of the strategic plan, and linking them with various other work systems.
3. Communicate with all employees and make them aware of strategic planning processes by implementing the necessary workshops and programs for this.
4. Carrying out analysis of the internal and external strategic environment to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and develop recommendations for this
5. Follow up on the commitment of the organizational units in the entity to the implementation and follow-up processes of the strategic plan and collect the necessary information to prepare relevant performance reports to show the rates of achievement and its obstacles and submit them to the direct manager.
6. Learn about best practices in strategic planning processes, and what is new in the entity’s field of work with the aim of developing and updating the strategic plan.
7. Preparing periodic reports on the level of implementation of annual operational plans for all organizational units.
8. Contribute to reviewing and updating the department’s strategic objectives and the department’s operational objectives.
9. Contributing to the implementation of institutional quality and excellence systems in the department.
10. Disseminating the concepts of institutional excellence in the department within the scope of the job.
11. Participation in self-evaluation teams in accordance with international standards of excellence and in accordance with the requirements of the Executive Council.

**Qualifications**

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in strategic planning.
