**What You'll Do**:

- _ 1. _Brand Management Rotation:_
- Assist in developing brand strategies, positioning, and messaging.
- Support the execution of brand marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- 2. _Brand Building Rotation:_
- Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the development and implementation of brand-building initiatives, including partnerships, sponsorships, and events.
- Gain exposure to brand tracking metrics, brand equity measurement, and brand health analysis.
- 3. _Marketing & Creative Rotation:_
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and copywriting.
- Gain experience in marketing analytics, campaign performance measurement, and optimization techniques.
- 4. _Performance Marketing Rotation:_
- Assist in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display advertising.
- Support the analysis of campaign performance metrics, including ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Gain exposure to marketing automation tools, A/B testing methodologies, and conversion rate optimization strategies.

**What Are We Looking For**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, or related field.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer-centric initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to change, work under pressure, and prioritize competing demands..
