**We’re committed to teaching you the ropes***

Here at Citi, rotational programs are intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure across Retail Banking business. The analyst program begins with a business specific training program.

You will then rotate across different areas within the Retail Banking department, where you will have hands-on experience working across Business. Rotations usually provide product management, sales, technical and client-facing experience - allowing you to build a strong professional global network at Citi.

**What we’ll need from you**
- Graduates between 2022 - 2024.
- Obtained or on course to achieve a 2:1 as per UK education system or GPA 3 or equivalent and above.
- Keen interest in a career in financial services.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal internally and externally with clients.
- Strong analytical and Presentation skills
- Desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry
- Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach to searching for new and creative ideas
