Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the Part 145 organization and ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with regulations and standards set forth by EASA, and other relevant aviation regulatory bodies.
- Manage the facilities to ensure that they are adequate and appropriately equipped to perform the required maintenance activities.
- Updating the MOE to reflect current procedures and reflect latest amendments of the regulation.
- Maintain a high safety level as defined in the Company Safety Policy.
- Establish and Maintain effective communication and collaboration with customers and suppliers. Manage the maintenance budget to ensure cost-effective operations and compliance with financial targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, or related field OR or an aircraft technician or maintenance engineer qualification with additional education that is acceptable to TMCAD.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of EASA, and other relevant aviation regulations and standards in particularly PART 145 regulations.
- Knowledge of the relevant maintenance methods
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
