Riot's Brand Management team in MEA oversees the entire lifecycle of Riot's products for the region, from go-to-market planning and launch, through post-launch support and sustainment. The Brand Manager MOBA will lead all MEA MOBA deliveries and work closely with Content, Community, and Comms teams to create best-in-class initiatives for players across MEA. The team is dedicated to providing the best experience possible for players in the region and ensures all components necessary to publish and maintain a game are delivered.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, Brand Management, MEA, you will be based in Dubai, UAE this is a hybrid role and you will be in the office 3 days per week. You will develop and foster the brand for Riot's PC and Mobile titles, League of Legends, Wild Rift, TFT, and Legends of Runeterra in MEA. You understand our Runeterra while mastering the art of campaign conceptualization and planning to deliver the best brand campaigns for players. This role is dedicated to Riot's "player first" philosophy and will combine product management with an understanding and passion for brand building to deliver great player experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop an outstanding approach to PC/Mobile/Console marketing in MEA that can be the blueprint for current and upcoming releases at Riot Games.
- You will oversee the entire lifecycle of Riot's product MOBA as a brand manager, including go-to-market planning, campaign ideation, development, launch, and sustainment.
- Deliver MEA-wide publishing activities for MOBA's professional esports ecosystem driving increased participation, engagement, and new audience participation.
- Be the primary connection point between the EMEA team and the MEA team on all Global and EMEA initiatives
- Develop key regional publishing initiatives that achieve our goals while managing timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure transparency and alignment throughout our MEA MOBA campaigns launch and lifecycle, keeping stakeholders consulted and informed.
- Analyze multiple solutions to problems and implement a structured approach to product management, from campaign ideation to retros for all MEA Brand initiatives.
- Identify problem spaces and opportunities to tailor a product vision that most resonate with local player needs.
- Coordinate with other Regional MOBA & Action Brand Managers to offer a smooth experience to our players

**Required Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of experience in Marketing (particularly in Brand Management), Product Management, Project Management, or related video game publishing fields
- Comfortable communicating with senior publishing leaders, whether across virtual teams, borders, time zones, or desks
- Experience working across multiple teams in different disciplines and locations
- Experience with how successful publishing impacts players and how different options for bringing a game to market directly guide product reception
- Arabic Fluency both written and spoken

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Other EMEA-relevant language
- Experience working with mobile games
