**Job in brief**

The Customer service coordinator is an active participant of business process for a freight forwarding company. As a member of the team, you will be primarily responsible for handling customer queries in a professional and timely manner. Flexible to handle calls out of non-working hours.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
- Handling all day-to-day logistics processes.
- Getting quotes from various service providers and preparing a comparison sheet.
- Offering excellent customer service to client/s.
- Displaying extensive product / service knowledge.
- Following up with stakeholders (client & service providers).
- Promoting the vision of the organization.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and reporting findings to the staff.
- Handling customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Flexible to handle calls out of non-working hours.

**Required Skills**:

- Must be from freight forwarding industry.
- At least 2 years UAE experience as a Customer Service coordinator.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Job Location**:Dubai, UAE

**Type of Employment**:Permanent / Full time

**Salary**:AED 3500 - AED 4500 with Food and accommodation provided
