**Job Responsibilities **of a 3D Visualizer for Residential Apartment:
1. **Creating 3D models**: Developing accurate and detailed 3D models of

residential apartment spaces, including rooms, furniture, fixtures, and

architectural elements.

**Lighting and rendering**: Setting up realistic lighting scenarios to create naturalor artificial lighting effects within the apartment. Using rendering techniquesto produce high-quality images or animations.

**Interior visualization**: Creating realistic and visually appealing interior rendersthat showcase furniture layouts, color schemes, decor choices, and spatial arrangements within the apartment.

**Exterior visualization**: Visualizing and rendering the exterior of residential apartment buildings, including facades, landscaping elements, and contextual surroundings.

**Collaborating with stakeholders**: Working closely with architects, interior designers, developers, and clients to understand project requirements, provide visualizations that align with their vision, and make necessary revisions based on feedback.

**Understanding design specifications**: Interpreting architectural drawings, floor plans, and design specifications to accurately represent the intended design and layout of the residential apartment.

**Meeting project deadlines**: Managing time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in the deliverables.

**Staying updated**: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and software advancements in the field of 3D visualization, particularly in relation to residential apartment designs.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
