**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a cohesive commercial strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and ethical standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other partners to ensure a seamless supply chain.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that meet the company's profitability and compliance goals.
- Lead market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends within the halal food industry.
- Manage and mentor a sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Ensure adherence to halal certification requirements and ethical standards across all trading activities.
- Provide regular reports on commercial activities, market conditions, and competitors' strategies to the senior management team.
- Work closely with the finance department to set budgets, monitor spending, and manage risk.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role, preferably within the halal food industry or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the global halal food market and relevant supply chain regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful commercial strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills, with an ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Robust network within the halal food industry is highly desirable.
- Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and quality standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
