Job Description: Real Estate Viewing Agent

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position: Real Estate Viewing Agent

Employment Type: Full-time

Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and energetic viewing agent to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on conducting property viewings, taking high-quality photos for listings, closing deals on-site, managing move-in/move-out permits, and assisting tenants with Ejari setups and post-offer inquiries. Local viewing agent won’t be cold calling, they will be encouraged to network and use their interpersonal skills to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Property Viewings:
Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants, providing comprehensive property information.
- Photography for Listings:
Take high-quality photographs of properties to create compelling online listings and marketing materials.
- On-Site Deal Closures:
Negotiate and finalize property deals directly on-site, ensuring a seamless transaction process for clients.
- Manage Move-In/Move-Out Permits:
Facilitate the acquisition of move-in and move-out permits, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Ejari Setup:
Assist tenants with the registration of Ejari to formalize tenancy agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Handle Buyer/Tenant Inquiries:
Address questions and concerns from buyers and tenants after offers have been accepted, providing timely and effective support.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in real estate or a related field
- Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle - THIS IS A ESSENTIAL
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and local regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in photography and familiar with real estate listing platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
