Emerald Views Real Estate in Dubai is seeking for a full-time **REAL ESTATE AGENT**.

We prioritize our clients' needs and desires throughout the buying, selling, or investing process, guiding them toward their ideal property.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Dubai. Day-to-day tasks for the Real Estate Agent will include assisting clients with buying, selling, or investing in properties, conducting property tours, organizing property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining knowledge of the real estate market.

**Responsibilities**
- Dialogue with our clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Analyze clients' data and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Present value-proposition to sales leads and current customers.
- Prospect for new sales leads and close sales.
- Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria.
- Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client.
- Actively engage in networking activities to expand client base and establish connections with developers, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders.
- Stay updated on UAE real estate laws, regulations, markets, best practices, and financing options.
- Attend networking events and conferences to expand professional connections and generate leads.
- Utilize social media to showcase properties and reach potential buyers.
- Follow up leads or client in a regular basis.

**Qualifications**
- **3-4 Years Experienced Real Estate Agent**.
- **RERA License **and be well-versed in real estate laws and regulations.
- **UAE Driving License** is an advantage.
- Strong skills in real property valuation and appraisal
- Strong Sales skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and online marketing tools
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, and real estate.
- Understanding of Real Property and pricing trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Prior experience in Real Estate is preferred.
- Familiarity with the UAE local real estate market and trends is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales and customer service
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Business, Marketing, Finance, **or a related field is preferred.
