AL MAHA Catering is hiring **three skilled Paratha Makers** to join our team in Dubai. If you are experienced in preparing authentic parathas and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, this opportunity is for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of parathas (plain, stuffed, layered, etc.) according to menu specifications.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Manage time effectively to handle peak service hours.
- Monitor and replenish ingredients as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **2 years of experience** in paratha making or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in traditional and modern techniques for making parathas.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
