**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare various types of parathas, including stuffed, layered, and plain, while maintaining excellent taste and presentation.
- Manage the cooking process, ensuring parathas are served fresh and hot.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, complying with food safety regulations.
- Maintain an efficient workflow and minimize wastage of ingredients.
- Assist in the preparation of other flatbreads or accompanying dishes when needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paratha Maker in a busy kitchen or restaurant environment.
- Strong understanding of traditional and contemporary paratha recipes.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent knife skills and ability to manage portion sizes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to different demands of the catering service.
