HEM function lives at the intersection of marketing, digital assets, and services. It is focused on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. As well as be the "glue" connecting Assets and Services through the efficient delivery of Shared Services. The Head of HEM is responsible for understanding market trends in terms of clients' & customers' behaviors, the evolution of competition offerings and USPs, and market players' challenges and needs. In this regard, it feeds into the corporate digital strategy and digital assets/services strategies and development plans, ensuring a differentiated value proposition to business partners and an easy and intuitive experience for the final customers.

Working in coordination with Digital Assets, Digital Health Services, and the Operational marketing team, HEM is responsible for driving the business performance of the Ecosystem globally.

The detailed responsibilities of the UX/UI LEAD of Health Ecosystem Management are:
**Summary**:
The Senior UI designer will assist in creating UI components and software storyboards that meet the stakeholders' needs. He/She will create and maintain the user interface required across all the products

**Main Tasks**:

- Collaborate with Business leads from Digital Assets & Health Services and UI designers in other functions - to define standards and create optimized UX/UI solutions for Digital Assets & Services.
- Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI (user interface) specifications
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Work with Marcom team to incorporate a visual or brand identity into the finished product
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders
- Create and maintain the design guidelines, best practices, and standards

**Behavioral Requirements**:

- Cerative yet practical interpretation of business problems into visual and experiential language.
- Great presentation and storytelling ability
- Proven ability to read and interpret summary reports and project briefs and take action as required.

Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in the Graphic Design field, UX, UI or similar
- 5+ years of experience in UX & UI design
- Demonstrable UX/UI design skills with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other visual design and wireframing tools
- Excellent graphic design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies
