As a Chartered Accountant within our real estate company based in Dubai, you will be a key member of our finance team responsible for managing the financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the overall financial health and success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Analyze financial data to provide insights into the company's financial performance and trends.

Collaborate with management to develop strategies based on financial analysis.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for the real estate projects and the overall company.Monitor budget performance and variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.

Project Financial Management:
Work closely with project teams to manage the financial aspects of real estate development projects. Monitor project costs, expenses, and revenues, ensuring accurate accounting and timely reporting.

Tax Planning and Compliance:
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency while ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations.Prepare and submit timely and accurate tax returns.

Audit and Internal Controls:
Coordinate and oversee external audits, ensuring accurate and complete financial reporting. Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.

Financial Systems and Technology:
Utilize financial software and technology to streamline accounting processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain accurate records.Implement and maintain accounting information systems.

Financial Advisory and Decision Support:
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making within the real estate projects and the company. Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and financial feasibility of potential projects.

Cash Flow Management:
Monitor cash flows, ensuring liquidity for ongoing operations and projects.Forecast cash requirements and manage cash balances effectively.

Stakeholder Communication:
Interact with investors, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities regarding financial matters and compliance. Effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Ethical Standards and Compliance:
Uphold ethical standards set by professional accounting bodies and adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Chartered Accountant qualification (CA or equivalent).

Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry or related sectors.

Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and industry-specific accounting practices.

Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
