**Responsibilities**:
As our Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our business. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
**Financial Analysis**: Conducting thorough financial analysis and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**: Developing and monitoring budgets, financial plans, and forecasts to ensure financial stability and growth.

**Tax Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, preparing tax returns, and handling tax-related matters.

**Financial Reporting**: Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

**Auditing**: Coordinating and managing internal and external audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

**Financial Systems Management**: Overseeing and improving financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Risk Management**: Identifying potential financial risks and implementing measures to mitigate them.

**Requirements**:
**Chartered Accountant Qualification**: A valid and up-to-date Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is essential.

**Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Chartered Accountant in a corporate setting, preferably in the transportation or related industry.

**Financial Expertise**: Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and tax regulations.

**Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret complex financial data, conduct financial analysis, and provide strategic recommendations.

**Attention to Detail**: Meticulous approach to financial record-keeping, reporting, and compliance.

**Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively.

**Team Player**: A collaborative attitude, working closely with other departments and team members to achieve company goals.

**Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and contribute proactively to the company's growth.
