We are looking for someone with experience in creative for performance marketing, who has worked with tech, retail and e-commerce digital native companies focusing particularly on UGC, DR content, and brand narrative content. This role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and client management skills to deliver compelling content that meets our clients' objectives. Our focus spans User-Generated Content (UGC), Direct Response (DR) content, and brand narrative storytelling. - Develop and implement creative strategies that align with client goals and target audiences.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring their vision is realised.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ideas for UGC, DR and brand narratives content and support the concept from ideation to execution incl. scripting, shotlist development, art direction, set production and editing.
- Ensure all content meets high-quality standards and aligns with the overall strategy.
- Work within a team of account directors, producers, designers, writers, and videographers, to execute projects effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Analyse campaign performance data to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
- Mentor and guide relevant talent fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- 3+ years’ experience gained from working at creative agencies, in-house creative team especially at eCommerce or retailer, startups, independent business or non-traditional content creators with focus on social media campaigns (Reels/TT/ASC/Performance campaigns/Smartly)
- Fluent speaking and writing in English & Arabic preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing successful creative strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of UGC, DR content, and brand narrative content.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in creative tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their role in content distribution and engagement.
