My client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their growing firm based in beautiful offices in Abu Dhabi. They are seeking a EA to support senoior members of the team. It is essential you have experience working in Finance (Private Equity / Asset Management/ Hedge Fund or Consultancy.
Duties Include:
- Assist with Front of House duties
- Providing extensive administrative support
- Diary management
- Expense management
- Collating presentations / reports
- Booking and arranging meeting rooms
- Co-ordinating deadlines
- Filing management
- Prepare, edit and proofread documentation
- Input of billing and time recording
- General administration and day-to-day duties
YOU ARE
To be successful in this EA role you must exhibit a high level of resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment, and it is essential you have PA experience. You must have strong administration skills and be comfortable liaising with people of all seniority levels.
SKILLS
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Highly proficient in analytical, written and verbal communications
- Team player
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be discreet with confidential information
- Personable, loyal, professional
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years working as a EA or PA
- Experience working in Financial Services ideally a multinational company
- Essential you live in UAE- applicants outside of this region cannot be considered
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi
