Executive Assistant-Abu Dhabi

20,000 - 30,000 AED per month + great benefits

Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join a growing international company based in their Middle East office. The EA will work alongside the support function assisting Partners and Directors. This role is required to work across multiple time zones so they are seeking someone who is flexible and able to juggle a busy workload.

Duties Include:

- Providing extensive administrative support
- Extensive diary management
- Expense management
- Organise meetings and conference calls across US/UK/Europe
- Reception duties such as answering telephones and greeting guests
- Collating presentations / reports
- Manage client events
- General administration and day-to-day duties

YOU ARE

To be successful in this EA role you must exhibit a high level of resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment, and ideally have EA experience supporting at a senior level. You must have strong administration skills and be comfortable liaising with people of all seniority levels.

SKILLS
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Highly proficient in analytical, written and verbal communications
- Team player
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be discreet with confidential information
- Personable, loyal, professional

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years working as an EA/ PA
- Must be residing in Abu Dhabi
- Experience working in Finance/ Consulting/ Professional Services is preferred
