We are a well-established Real Estate Company in Abu Dhabi seeking a Real Estate Copywriter.

As a Real Estate Copywriter, you will play a key role in crafting compelling and engaging content that effectively communicates our real estate properties' unique features, benefits, and value propositions to our target audience. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team, designers, and sales professionals to create content across various channels and platforms, including websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- **Market Research**:

- Research to understand market trends, competitor offerings, and target audience preferences.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
- **SEO Optimization**:

- Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and descriptions.
- **Editing and Proofreading**:

- Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and punctuation.
- Ensure all content meets quality standards and reflects the brand's voice and tone.
- **Content Management**:

- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery and publication of content across various channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proven experience as a copywriter in the real estate industry or related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate terminology, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The company offers visa sponsorship and comprehensive medical insurance coverage. The standard work schedule is 5 days weekly, with 8 hours daily. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
