Arabic Social Media Coordinator

**Social Media Coordinator (Arabic Speaking)**

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Support in the creation of relevant post captions and hashtags and ensuring translation is correct and reviewed
- Providing first hand client support and serving as a first point of contact between client and the agency
- Assisting and working with assigned colleagues to develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc
- Interacting with users and responding to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
- Providing a superior level of organizational and administrative support
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Below qualifications:

- Strong verbal communication skills with advanced capabilities (English and Arabic as a native language is a must)
- Excellent written English and Arabic skills
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
- Bachelor’s Diploma or Degree in marketing, public relations, advertising or communications preferred

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Ads Manager Experience Facebook: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
