**Credit Management**:

- Evaluate and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
- Establish and monitor credit limits based on risk assessments.
- Implement credit control policies and procedures to minimize credit risk.

**Invoice and Billing Management**:

- Issue accurate and timely invoices to customers.
- Review billing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the billing department to ensure accuracy in invoicing.

**Credit Terms Negotiation**:

- Negotiate credit terms and payment plans with customers.
- Communicate credit terms to sales and customer service teams.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and credit implications.

**Collections and Follow-Up**:

- Monitor overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts.
- Record and document all communication with customers regarding payment.

**Payment Allocation**:

- Allocate incoming payments accurately to customer accounts.
- Reconcile payments with outstanding balances.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments.

**Credit Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze credit reports to assess customer credit risk.
- Provide regular reports on outstanding debts, aging reports, and credit exposure.
- Collaborate with management to make informed decisions based on credit reports.

**Customer Relations**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns related to credit and payments.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve issues impacting credit management.

**Legal Action and Dispute Resolution**:

- Evaluate the necessity of legal action for severe delinquencies.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to initiate legal proceedings if required.
- Facilitate resolution of payment disputes through negotiation and mediation.

**Credit Risk Assessment**:

- Assess and review credit risk associated with potential clients and vendors.
- Monitor market and industry trends to anticipate potential credit challenges.
- Recommend credit risk mitigation strategies to management.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer accounts and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and data protection regulations.

**Training and Compliance**:

- Stay informed about changes in credit regulations and financial laws.
- Provide training to internal teams on credit policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant credit control and financial regulations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Valid UAE driving License
- Proven experience in credit control or related financial roles.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and credit management principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using financial software and credit management tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

- UAE driving License (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Abu Dhabi (required)

Ability to Relocate:
