Concession Crew

Position Summary
The Customer service/ Cinema crew position provides customer service, cash handling, and ticketing services.

The Customer Service Representative is one of a team on the front line interacting daily with our customers and providing for their needs.

As part of this team, the Customer Service Representative will represent the quality and grandeur of the Cinema etiquette. Cinema crew is a full-time/contractual position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Box office Crew

• Provides responsible customer service in operating the box office.
• To ensure cinema customers, whether in persons or by telephone are greeted in welcoming, courteous and helpful.
• To assist in the smooth flow of information between all box office staff and other department.
• Assures that the guest is provided with all their needs.
• Assist guest in choosing movie and printing the tickets which the guest had chosen.
• Encourages customers to avail the different offers that the company had offered.
• Attends customer inquiries, comments and feedback whether through phone or in person.
• Observes good relationship to all superiors and colleagues.
• Handles Eticket (kiosk) and counter customers.

Concession Crew

• Greet and welcomes guest warmly and offers that the food items with the combo offer.
• Accurately account for all transactions, maintain accurate cash account, and balance float at tend of sessions.
• Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Responsible for supply restocking and facility upkeep.
• Knowledge of inventory practices and food safety.
• Follow food safety standards given by the ADFCA to protect guest.
• Knowledge of POS system.

Usher crew

• Assist guest in finding the row and seats assigned.
• Checking all the pathways, aisle and exit routes free from any obstruction.
• Monitoring trespassers and cinema violators.
• Implementing age restrictions as per the media council approval.
• Maintaining well organize displays and posters and standees for currently playing and upcoming movies.
• Observe and follow company rules and procedures.
• Ensures a good customer relationship through proper conduct and professionalism in handling and dealing with difficult customers.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail.
• Customer service experience, preferably in the ticketing, entertainment or hospitality industries.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Skill using computer software programs including point of sale systems and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with ticketing systems.
• Highly motivated selfstarter, a hard worker with a high energy level; a "doer" with a willingness to work handson in assisting customers and staff.
• A visionary and strategic thinker and problem solver.
• Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures.
• Ability to initiate and build relationships with customers and interact via telephone and in person with customers.
• Possess high standards of integrity, credibility, and reliability.
• Works well independently and in a group setting, a true team player.
• Ability to maintain a high level of poise and professionalism in all circumstances.
• Ability to work a flexible.
