**Business Development Manager, Dubai - Job Responsibilities**:

**Job Duties**:

- Lead generation & conversion,
- Ensuring profitability targets are met for the Dubai branch
- Focus activities around increasing business and revenue generation for Dubai branch
- Formulation and implementation of Sales plans, Marketing Strategies;
- Develop marketing collaterals in collaboration with the marketing team, Promote the company through effective activities including social media events and participation in educational fairs
- Reach out to schools to generate leads. Build and maintain positive relationship with Schools, colleges & universities to ensure revenue generation.
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
- Maintain relationships with current school and identify new prospects
- Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning in school
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales target for Dubai branch; projecting expected sales volume and profit.
- Implements sales programs by developing appropriate action plans.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Developing approved sales plans & strategies

Qualifications:
Prior Experience in International Student Recruitment(Study Visa)/ Immigration Consultancy

Post-graduation - Business administration -in marketing.

Should have 3-5 years of Sales and Marketing

**Skills**:Good In Public Interaction, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing.

**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- business development manager (preferred)
- Study Visa/immigration (required)
