- _ Job Title: Events Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
Being a Prince AV ambassador in representing our Brand

and core valuesServe as the primary point of contact for all assigned events, including but not limited to: Weddings, Concerts, Trade shows, Gala dinners, Conferences, Stand build-ups, Fashion shows, Product launches, Inaugurations & award ceremonies, webinars, and customer events

Work with clients to understand their objectives and develop creative solutions that meet their needs and budget

Develop comprehensive project plans that identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully execute the event

Manage all aspects of event logistics, including but not limited to: venue selection, contract negotiation, transportation, housing, on-site management, and post-event analysis

Serve as the liaison between the client and all vendors, ensuring that all contracted deliverables are met

On-site management of all assigned events, including but not limited to: set-up, break
- down, audio/visual, food & beverage, and décor

Post-event evaluation and reporting, including but not limited to: surveys, attendee feedback, and ROI analysis

Maintain relationships with key suppliers and venues, and develop new relationships as needed

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with team members

- _Communication Skills is key when dealing with clients, it’s vital that you able to keep a level head when faced with a challenge and able to guide our clients, even if you feel something is unachievable. As the face of Prince AV you will constantly need to communicate with stakeholders. Whether this is with clients, team members, or suppliers, you need to communicate clearly so that everyone is on board. If not, there is a risk of failing to deliver a project on time and according to our high standards.

Negotiation: Leading as a project manager means constantly being involved in negotiations. From engaging with suppliers, dealing with team conflict, and having to make discussions with clients, you will be required to always negotiate terms and conditions. Therefore, you need to be able to discuss resources, timelines, and much more.

Time Management: Scheduling is a core facet of project management. This is because specific projects involve multiple schedules and need to leave room for possible roadblocks. Project managers need to be able to manage their and their team’s time effectively to ensure that all deadlines and milestones are met within a specific time frame.

Risk management: Risk management involves preparing for potential risks that may occur during the project. Project managers need to be able to look at the bigger picture, including their strengths, weaknesses, and industry circumstances, to plan for the worst.
This way, they and their team will be prepared to act and keep the project running smoothly, even if obstacles occur.

Technical expertise: Effective project managers should not only possess soft skills, but they should also have the technical skills to see a project through. For example, they need to know how to use project management systems to manage their teams effectively. Some standard tools that project managers should know how to use include
O365, Microsoft Teams, Google Docs, ClickUp, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years professional experience in event planning and project management

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Creative problem solving skills

Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: AED8,661.00 - AED10,487.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project Manager: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi (preferred)

License/Certification:
